Can the decor packages be customised?
Name letters and Age numbers/letters will be personalised for your needs.
However, the contents of the packages cannot be customised or altered.
How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
All our decor packages are made to order and will require a minimum of 2 weeks from the date of order to be dispatched from our shop. Delivery timelines depend on the delivery provider and may vary based on your address.
Do you make custom themes?
If you are looking for a theme that is not already included in our packages, please reach out to us.
